Return Policy


Important Notice

All packaging sold by MylarBagDepot is sold empty. We do not sell or distribute any controlled substances.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.
  • Due to hygiene and product integrity, we cannot accept returns on opened products.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds
